Our definition of a "that guy"

We define a "that guy" as a less known actor, maybe even a B-movie or TV-movie actor you recognize directly but never seems to remember the name of or the movies you've seen him or her in. A that guy rareley gets to headline a movie and is more often a supporting actor or has a minor role.
